Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.

Qualifications
