Are you a hands-on operations leader with a passion for environmental sustainability? Nurov Environmental Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in Port Klang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our specialized waste oil treatment systems, ensuring peak efficiency and strict compliance with environmental regulations.
As our Production Supervisor, you will lead daily site activities, oversee a team of technical staff, and ensure that our production processes adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations and waste oil treatment processes at the Port Klang facility.
- Monitor system performance to ensure maximum output and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate regular maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment downtime effectively.
- Lead and mentor site personnel to foster a culture of safety, productivity, and accountability.
- Ensure all activities comply with local environmental regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and incident reports for management review.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in waste management, oil & gas, or chemical processing.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to manage complex machinery and treatment systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing operational teams.
- Solid understanding of DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) guidelines and environmental compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety management.
