Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations at the Sulaman site, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Manage and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Track production metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in concrete or construction materials.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
