Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations at the Sulaman site plant, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve operational targets and maintain high productivity.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Prepare and submit production reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within concrete manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
