Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the packing and quality control departments to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO, FDA, and CE standards for nitrile glove manufacturing, conducting regular quality audits and inspections.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and improve overall production efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Maintenance, Logistics) to resolve bottlenecks and implement process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate production records, including yield reports, defect logs, and compliance documentation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols (e.g., PPE, machinery handling) to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Participate in root-cause analysis for quality deviations and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; or equivalent experience in production supervision.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control role, preferably in the glove, medical device, or rubber industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM principles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a high-volume production environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, or other regulatory standards for medical/industrial products.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MES systems; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
