Responsibility
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to produce chemical solutions according to precise formulations and batch specifications.
- Measure, weigh, and combine raw materials with strict adherence to safety and quality control protocols.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, including viscosity, pH levels, and temperature, to ensure product consistency.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs, material usage, and equipment performance data.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of mixing tanks, pumps, and related machinery to prevent contamination and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of PPE.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and quality assurance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical mixing, production, or a related manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with industrial mixing equipment (e.g., agitators, homogenizers, or dispersion systems) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of chemical safety protocols and experience handling hazardous substances.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and production SOPs.
- Basic mathematical skills for precise measurements and conversions (metric/imperial).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg as required.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including weekends/holidays as needed).
