Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily palm oil processing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and maintain accurate production records.
- Optimize resource allocation (raw materials, labor, time) to reduce waste and improve cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive and corrective actions for machinery.
- Report production metrics, challenges, and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in palm oil processing, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control in agribusiness.
- Disciplined, honest, and highly responsible with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in industrial settings.
