Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure delivery schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
- Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing methodologies to reduce waste and optimize production workflows.
- Monitor production output and perform regular analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.
- Train, mentor, and coach production operators to enhance technical skills and maintain high morale.
- Ensure all floor operations strictly adhere to workplace safety (WSH) protocols and environmental policies.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Quality Assurance, to support continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within an MNC.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven operational improvements.
