Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to streamline processes.
- Implement and track KPIs to measure productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Support the introduction of new products or process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervision or management role within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning tools, and quality management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
