Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the movement of materials in and out of the former store to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Verify and validate inbound and outbound quantities posted by subordinates to maintain data integrity.
- Monitor and follow up on discrepancies in inventory records, resolving issues promptly.
- Lead, train, and mentor subordinates to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and efficiency standards in all operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and warehouse, to optimize workflow.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory movements, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
