Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 20-50 production staff to ensure high productivity and quality output.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline operations.
- Resolve production bottlenecks and address operational challenges in real-time.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for team members.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, KPIs, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
