Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in all production processes.
- Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and workstations to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline operations.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance processes and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and health/safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
