Responsibility
- Operate and monitor molding machines to produce high-quality plastic or composite components.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on molded products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Document production data, including output quantities, defects, and machine performance metrics.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and adjustment of molding equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new techniques and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Molding Operator or in a similar role within manufacturing.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with molding machinery.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing defect-free products.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
