Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor HPU (Hours Per Unit) and cycle time reduction initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimize inventory management processes to minimize waste and ensure just-in-time production.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain and improve product standards and compliance.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop actionable solutions for process optimization.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
- Drive employee development through training, performance evaluations, and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in a high-precision environment.
- Proven track record in production planning, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, or other industry-specific certifications is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
