Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Optimize the use of resources, assets, and manpower to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality stainless steel products.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify bottlenecks in production processes and implement corrective actions to improve workflow.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision or manufacturing leadership role, preferably in metal/steel industries.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning tools, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali with flexibility for occasional overtime or shift adjustments.
