This is a unique opportunity for a Production Manager or Assistant Manager to lead a high-impact team specializing in Metals and Alloys Bonding, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) Part Cleaning, Fabrication, and Sandblasting Services.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise Back End Production teams, including Metals/Alloys Bonding, PVD Cleaning, Fabrication, and Sandblasting operations.
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, ISO standards, and quality control measures in all processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Logistics) to streamline material sourcing, processing, and delivery.
- Monitor and maintain equipment performance, coordinating preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for new and existing production techniques.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production management, preferably in metals, alloys, or surface treatment industries.
- Proven track record in PVD coating, fabrication, or precision cleaning processes.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali (preference for candidates already in Indonesia).
