Responsibility
- Follow standardized work instructions and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform routine quality checks and report any deviations or defects to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in accordance with 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Adhere to all company policies, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist in material handling, inventory tracking, and production line setup as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred).
- Basic understanding of machinery operation, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules as per production demands.
