Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.
- Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Develop and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production activities.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, production, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of process optimization and team leadership in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
