Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, logistics, maintenance) to resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and KPIs for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record in operational efficiency.
- Deep understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
