Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the production facility.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of accountability.
- Implement and optimize production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance, quality assurance) to streamline operations.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision or manufacturing leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, MS Office, and production management software.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, or other industry-specific certifications is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
