Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time, high-quality output in the printing industry.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and optimize resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot production issues, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality control, logistics) to streamline workflows.
- Prepare and present production reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision or management, preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of 10+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, HACCP, or GMP is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (relocation support may be provided).
