Responsibility
- Oversee daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement efficient storage solutions.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
- Supervise and train store staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and error-free documentation.
- Implement best practices for inventory control, including FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and just-in-time inventory management.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve service delivery.
- Generate reports on store performance, inventory turnover, and operational efficiency for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of mentoring staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/warehouse management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
