Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of productivity and safety.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the supply chain promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
