As we expand our operations in Bali, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee our logistics, inventory, and operational processes in key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from managing inventory and coordinating shipments to optimizing workflows and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and customer service, to drive efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination in Bali.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and retail partners.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with warehousing teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and safe storage of products.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards in all operational activities.
- Provide support to customer service teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing operational tasks and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
