Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all production areas.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve KPIs, including efficiency, output, and waste reduction.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and resolve any deviations or non-conformities promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance, procurement) to streamline operations.
- Prepare and present production reports, including performance metrics, to senior management.
- Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for swift resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, production, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, or other industry-specific certifications is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as required by production demands.
