Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and resolve bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to uphold quality control.
- Implement and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production processes.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including output metrics, waste analysis, and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within food manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) and quality control systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to shift schedules as needed.
