Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve peak performance and teamwork.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including output metrics, resource utilization, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, or other industry-specific certifications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to flexible schedules as needed.
