Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, efficiency, and deadline targets.
- Monitor workflow and assign tasks to production staff, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality control standards, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and skill development.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and efficiency metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in furniture manufacturing or related industries.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local standards).
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
