Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Manage inventory levels, including raw materials and finished goods, to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Organize warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of products.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline transportation and delivery schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance productivity and skill development.
- Prepare and submit production reports, including performance metrics, challenges, and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within food manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery operation, and maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
