Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in electronics manufacturing and repair to meet output targets and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize assembly line workflows to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality control protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, logistics) to streamline processes and reduce lead times.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output metrics, defect rates, and resource utilization.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives by identifying waste, improving material usage, and enhancing operational productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, or mechanical assembly, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Proven ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, quality management tools (e.g., ISO 9001), and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
