Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and quality assurance, to optimize production efficiency.
- Prepare and submit production reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations specific to dairy production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the dairy or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive results.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to relocate to Denpasar, Bali, if not already based in the area.
