Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the injection department, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on injection machines, equipment, and accessories to minimize downtime.
- Train and supervise team members, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, maintenance logs, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a secure working environment.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining product quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of injection machines, tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality management systems in manufacturing.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
