Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and selection processes to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to mitigate risks and ensure continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, logistics) to align procurement with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and cost structures to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement budgets and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Certifications (e.g., CSCP, CIPS) are highly desirable.
