Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, inspecting, and storing of incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and proper labeling.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements and company standards.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
