As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth production workflows, optimizing resources, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and targets.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices in manufacturing.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality control and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to streamline operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges, and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
