Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Fabrication, or related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
