Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to meet daily targets and maintain high productivity levels.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.
- Implement and optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on production performance, challenges, and improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
