White Houze Food is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our growing team in Penang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring that our high-quality food products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with industry standards.

As our Production Supervisor, you will lead a diverse team of operators, oversee daily production schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize output. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of food safety protocols (HACCP/GMP). Responsibility

  • Supervise daily production activities to ensure operational targets are met on time and within quality specifications.
  • Lead, mentor, and train production floor staff to improve productivity and morale.
  • Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene (HACCP/GMP), and workplace safety regulations (OSHA).
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage raw material inventory levels and minimize waste through efficient process control.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement strategies.
  • Prepare accurate daily production reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience within a food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO food safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multicultural production team.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
  • Ability to work on shifts and adapt to the dynamic demands of a food processing plant.
