Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Support the design and implementation of molding processes, including tooling setup, material selection, and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, and supply chain) to optimize workflows and reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to identify defects or areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for molding and project-related tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in engineering and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, production, or molding (internships or academic projects are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), molding techniques, or project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with quality control standards (ISO, QMS) and safety protocols in manufacturing environments.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be available for qualified candidates).
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
