Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations across Bali, adhering to traffic regulations and delivery schedules.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and verifying the accuracy of shipments to ensure timely and damage-free deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional communication.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, labeling stock, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure fleet reliability and safety.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including signatures, timestamps, and any discrepancies, for record-keeping and accountability.
- Collaborate with the store team to manage stock levels, restock shelves, and assist with inventory audits as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverâs license (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, warehouse assistant, or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g., checking oil, tires, brakes).
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with Baliâs roads and traffic patterns is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, as needed.
