Responsibility
- Operate and maintain slaughterhouse equipment in accordance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in the humane handling and processing of poultry following industry and regulatory standards.
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality control measures.
- Conduct routine inspections of products to verify compliance with food safety and company standards.
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Record and report any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies, including PPE usage and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food processing or agriculture is a plus.
- Prior experience in a slaughterhouse, meat processing plant, or similar production environment is preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
