As a Production Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to assemble and operate machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibility
- Operate and assemble medical devices according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all products by conducting thorough inspections and tests.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, including any deviations or issues encountered.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new procedures and technologies.
- Work in shifts as required to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of SOP and GMP standards.
- Non-smoker, as per company policy.
