Responsibility
- Assist medical staff with patient intake, including registration, vital signs measurement, and medical history documentation.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness, sterility, and availability of necessary supplies.
- Coordinate patient appointments, manage schedules, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide basic patient care under supervision, such as wound dressing, injections, or specimen collection.
- Educate patients on clinic procedures, post-treatment care, and general health practices.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure confidentiality of patient data.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking medical supplies.
- Foster a compassionate and professional atmosphere to enhance patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related healthcare field (or equivalent certification).
- Proven experience in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, basic patient care, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact with diverse patients.
