You will engage with decision-makers in Dinkes (Health Department), Dinsos (Social Affairs Department), government hospitals, and private healthcare facilities to promote our medical solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored presentations will be critical to your success.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory (Bali).
- Identify and engage potential clients, including government health departments, hospitals, clinics, and social affairs agencies.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and usage of medical products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in healthcare or medical sales is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical products, their applications, and the healthcare sector in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s healthcare landscape and existing networks in the region is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a bonus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
