Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, lasers, PRP, thread lifts, skin rejuvenation) with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessing needs and recommending personalized treatment plans.
- Stay updated on latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and safety protocols through continuous education.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain detailed medical records and adhere to ethical and legal standards in aesthetic medicine.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and minimize risks.
- Participate in marketing initiatives (e.g., social media, workshops) to promote clinic services.
- Uphold sterile, safe, and welcoming clinic environments in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license (SIP) and aesthetic medicine certification (e.g., from IDI or international bodies).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine (fresh graduates with training may be considered).
- Proven expertise in injectables (Botox, fillers), lasers, and skin treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates already in Indonesia).
