Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, insurance coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance policies, and healthcare regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
