Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of meals according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols, including proper food storage, handling, and waste disposal.
- Support the kitchen team in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and tracking supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment (e.g., mixers, ovens, grills) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies, including punctuality, uniform standards, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene (training will be provided).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (ideal for students with evening classes).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
