Responsibility
- Monitor and supervise the jumbo bag production process to ensure alignment with daily/weekly targets.
- Enforce SOP compliance and quality control standards at every stage of manufacturing.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products to identify defects or deviations.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline material flow and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot production delays or equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output metrics, downtime logs, and quality reports.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflows and reduce waste in the production cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in production, manufacturing, or a related field, preferably in jumbo bag or plastic/packaging industries.
- Strong understanding of production SOPs, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and production schedules.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shift-based or overtime schedules as required.
