Responsibility
- Lead and supervise production team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and meet daily targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Prepare and submit shift reports on production performance and challenges.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using production management software is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
