Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and company policies.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high productivity.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.
- Prepare and submit production reports to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in packaging.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and GMP standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with ISO or HACCP certifications is a plus.
